Living a low carb lifestyle has completely transformed my life. It has curbed the middle-age spread… I now have more energy and less brain fog, and I am not as hungry. Plus, my blood tests show that the markers of metabolic health, such as insulin, blood sugar, and inflammation levels, have all improved.
