Rosemary Crackers
Entertaining is an important element in my life.
I love cooking, and I love cooking for family and friends. I will often start or finish a meal with a cheese board. What to replace the wheat-based crackers has been a struggle, but I have found this recipe, which has been a game changer.
They are quick to prepare and are delicious, even on their own!

These crackers are the perfect combination of salty goodness with rosemary and parmesan flavour.
Ingredients
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 170 C.
- Mix together the almond flour, cheese, hemp seeds and rosemary.
- Add the egg to the melted butter and give a good whisk.
- Pour this mixture into the dry ingredients and mix till it forms a ball. I find it easiest to squeeze it together.
- Roll out between two sheets of baking paper till it is about 2-3mm thin.
- I like to score into shapes with a sharp knife at this point.
- Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let rest. When cool, snap the crackers apart.
